Candace Helaine Cameron Bure was the youngest of four children, born in Panorama City, Los Angeles, California to Robert and Barbara Cameron. Candace, following in the footsteps of Kirk Cameron, Candace began acting. Kirk was the star of Growing Pains (1985), where he played Mike Seaver for seven seasons. She appeared on commercials in various shows as well as guest-starring on shows like Punky Brewster (1984), St. Elsewhere (1982) as well as Who's the Boss? (1984).
